All the inforamation that is used in registering on our site will be kept 100% Confidential.  bizrent.com will never release any of your infomation to any third parties who wish to sell you realted products or services.  Your information will only be used in our company regarding montly payments.  Any problems with payment, we will issue you 3 days to correct the issue.  After the 3 day period, you companies listing will be removed, but your account will not be deleted.  We will work with you to get the issue resolved and get your copany re-listed as best we can.  Businesses may be contacted be email, phone, or fax when a credit card payment has be declined.

Our goal is to link the person with the rental item they are looking for fast and simple.  Once a Reservation Request has been made, it is up to the individual and the company providing the listing to complete the transaction from there.  We are only responisble for providing a place to search for equipment.  Any acts of unfair buisness, dishonestly, improper language or other illegal acts are between the individual and the company.  bizrent.com in no way will be respohsnible for any problems that may occur during a rental transaction.
